Training seminar on simple protein mixture and gel band analysis with the MSF/SLMBR proteomics platform

The MSF is starting a training seminar serie with an event focused on protein analysis with our proteomics platform. This training seminar is intended for those users who have limited experience with MS based proteomics, as well as those users who are curious about the capabilities of our platform. Participants will receive practical example of our workflows, which should provide the basis for experimental design of future experiments. We will cover the following topics
- Type of experiments and type of samples
- Sample preparation with focus on in-solution digestion and in-gel digestion
- Data structure with examples
- Analysis with Thermo Scientific Proteome Discoverer
