Remembering September 11

As we mark the 20-year anniversary of September 11 tomorrow, many of us have vivid memories of those moments and the subsequent days and months when our country came together in grief and solidarity. As a country, and as Louisianans, our spirit of resilience and compassion is often highlighted during trying times, but there’s no mistake that it lives daily through each act of service we commit as individuals. Please join me in keeping those families who lost loved ones on September 11 in your thoughts and prayers.
