LSU Tiger Marching Band Receives Grammy Nomination
Four-time Grammy-nominated zydeco musician and LSU alumnus Sean Ardoin’s new album, “Full Circle,” which featured a historic collaboration with LSU’s Tiger Marching Band, has been nominated for a Grammy award for Best Regional Roots Music Album, the Recording Academy announced Tuesday.

The Louisiana Percent for Art Program is seeking artists or artist teams to design and implement three thematically related exterior, site-specific sculptures or installations of original design for the Music & Dramatic Arts Building, Tiger Band Hall, and Cypress Residential Hall at Louisiana State University.

Kamile Geist Joins LSU Music
We are pleased to welcome Kamile Geist as the first Ava & Cordell Haymon Endowed Chair of Music Therapy, beginning Fall 2022.
LSU Cares is a university initiative dedicated to the well-being of students and promotion of a community that cares about each of its members. Using a CARE (Communicate, Assess, Refer, Educate) approach, staff review reports and provide appropriate resources in response. LSU Cares works with students to empower them to help students of concern and engage with victim support and advocacy resources.
