Spring 2024 Events
Stately Oaks & Junior Oaks Band Festival
February 1 - 3, 2024
Stately Oaks and Junior Oaks are multi-day camps designed for high school (grades 9 – 12) and middle school (grades 7 and 8) band students. Students will participate in full band rehearsals, receive a group masterclass on their instrument, and have the exciting opportunity to engage with one of the LSU concert ensembles in an interactive rehearsal.
Double Reed Day

The LSU School of Music is pleased to present the annual Double Reed Day, an event for double reed enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Professionals, students, teachers, and music directors are all welcome. Students will have the opportunity to learn from LSU faculty members and guest artists, refining their skillsets and learning new techniques to excel as individuals and ensemble performers.
