I truly believe that there is so much growth and development that happens in a student’s first year of college, and I believe that our role is crucial to support them in their transition into higher education.

I think there’s a lot I love about the work we get to do, including helping students get involved in the hall and on campus, supporting them while they make friends, helping them in crisis or in roommate conflicts, and so much more.

Living on campus is a great opportunity to connect with the people who live around you; someone is always around and willing to hang out! There’s never another time in your life where so many of your friends live right down the hall. Don’t take that for granted and cherish the extra time with them! -Samantha

The best spot on campus

I love seeing the Memorial Tower lit up at night and at sunset, too. I often take my dog on a walk just to snap a cute photo with the beautiful colors of the sunset in the background.
