Flores MBA Program in Top 15 on College Consensus Best No-GMAT MBA Programs 2022 Ranking

October 11, 2021

College Consensus, a unique college review aggregator, ranked LSU’s Flores MBA Program 14 on its Best No-GMAT MBA Programs 2022 ranking. Inclusion on this list tells prospective students that the Flores MBA Program is not only a top Consensus-ranked school, but it also recognizes the changing needs of students today.

For the 2022 College Consensus ranking of the Best No-GMAT MBA programs in the nation, Consensus first ranked all the campus-based MBA programs by combining scores from five of the leading business school and MBA ranking systems: Forbes, The Economist, Bloomberg Businessweek, U.S. News and World Report, and The Financial Times. Then, the list was narrowed down by the GMAT/GRE admission requirement. Only schools that automatically waive the test requirement or do not need test scores for admission were considered. All third-party ranking data was weighted equally, averaged, and used for the ranking order. The scores were placed on a 100-point scale and coupled with each MBA program as the Consensus Score. Tuition data was used to break any ties.

“Just as our peers on this list pivoted with the changing times, we decided a few years ago to reconsider the GMAT/GRE as a requirement in our admission process. Factors such as GPA, professional experience, and personal references remain in our admission requirements and allow us to holistically examine prospective students. Moving away from the GMAT/GRE as a firm requirement helps to attract quality candidates with diverse backgrounds from around the globe,” said Flores MBA Director Dana Hart.

The admission requirements for the Flores MBA Program include a 3.0 GPA, two letters of recommendation, a statement of purpose, a professional resume, and an interview. Students who are interested in the program, but do not meet the minimum requirements, are invited to submit a GMAT or GRE score. Scholarship and graduate assistantship consideration are also tied to GMAT/GRE performance. For more information on the Flores MBA Program’s admission requirements, see the full list of requirements.
