BENGALS TO TIGERS BRIDGE PROGRAM
TRANSITION AS A TIGER. The Bengals to Tigers Bridge Program is an LSU system academic collaboration between LSU-Eunice and the LSU flagship.
This program provides an exclusive opportunity for selected students to jumpstart their college careers by taking 12 hours of LSU-Eunice (LSUE) courses on the LSU flagship campus in Baton Rouge. Upon successful completion of this program, students gain admission to LSU for the subsequent semester and are empowered to handle the academic rigors of the flagship.
Students in this bridge program will have the opportunity to live on-campus in Baton Rouge, receive specialized academic success training and advising, as well as gain access to all LSU flagship campus resources, including the award-winning Center for Academic Success.

Submit your FAFSA or amend it to include LSU-Eunice (School Code: 002012) as the institution that will receive your financial aid.

BRIDGE PROGRAM FAQ
Students will take a minimum of 12 transferable semester hours of academic, college-level coursework (including college-level, general education English and Math, with or without corequisite support). The following LSUE courses are included in the fall student schedule:
- ART 1440
- ENGL 1001
- UNIV 1005
- MATH 1029
To apply for all available financial aid, students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) using the LSU-Eunice federal financial aid school code (002012). Completing this process will allow participants to be considered for federal, state, and college aid.
Students must complete at least 12 transferable credits and earn a "C" or higher in a college-level English and college-level Math course.
Students have the opportunity to live on-campus. Limited spaces are available. The residence hall for Bridge Program students is Louise Garig Hall.
Students who are living on-campus will be required to have a meal plan through LSU Dining.
LSU will issue participants a Tiger Card to provide access to LSU services including: LSU Orientation, LSU Center for Academic Success, LSU Dining Halls, LSU Housing, LSU Student Health Center, and LSU University Recreational Center (UREC) facilities. Additionally, students will able to rent a mailbox at LSU.
Yes, students in the Bridge Program will be able to join campus organizations as members, with the exception of Greek organizations. Upon successful transition to LSU, students will have access to Greek organizations and campus organization leadership positions. Students will be allowed to hold campus organization leadership positions at LSUE.
