The Introductory Biology Labs for BIOL 1208 & BIOL 1209, are held in two different buildings, Life Sciences and Jesse Coates Hall, also known as Chemical Engineering West.

Life Sciences Building – The laboratories are held on the first floor. Life Sciences is located on Highland Road and is between the Student Union and Williams/Choppin Hall.

Jesse Coates Hall aka Chemical Engineering Building West – There are two entrances into the building and the laboratories are held on the second and third floors. Jesse Coates Hall is located on South Stadium Drive in front of Tiger Stadium, across from LSU’s Parking and Transportation Services Office in the Audubon Sugar Building, and next to the steam plant. This campus map link shows the location of Jesse Coates Hall and can provide directions to the building.
Note: Charles E. Coates Hall, located in the quad and is a different building!
