Research Interests
My research focuses on instructional practices in engineering and broader STEM courses, with particular interests in student engagement, learning sciences, and student success in foundational engineering courses. I also study the use of generative artificial intelligence in engineering education and the learning experiences of engineering students with ADHD and diverse learning needs.
