When LSU professor Gabriela González started studying physics, she was told it was something women couldn’t do. Not only did the world-renowned physicist prove her naysayers wrong, but she is also sharing the message that the study of physics is open to anyone.
González, who was featured in 2022 in the international book titled “The Sky is for Everyone: Women Astronomers in Their Own Words,” reads excerpts from the book in the video above.
