I have had the privilege over the years to work with people that cared for me and pushed me to be a better human and professional. They showed me new growth opportunities in the fitness and wellness field. As I continue to grow in my profession, I now get the unique opportunity to work with students daily and be a mentor to them. I hope that I can show them the myriad of ways to positively contribute to the health and wellness field and provide opportunities to them that were once given to me.

You Would Never Know...

My first car was an F 150 from 1984 and I still have it. 

My Grandma Knows Chicken

 I am obsessed with fried chicken because my grandmother makes the best fried chicken. I remember having it often after school before doing my homework. I have not been able to do it myself even though she has shared the recipe with me.  

If I didn't work in in this industry...

I would be a flight attendant or work in the tourism industry so I could see the world.
