The Manship School's academic counselors, Courtni Guidry and Rachael Mearman, are here to support you. Students consistently give them high ratings. More importantly, they help you plan effectively to graduate on time.
In light of COVID-19, advising in the Manship School is now conducted remotely. Our advising appointments can be completed over the phone or via Zoom (video conference). To request an appointment, current students will be required to make appointments at least 24 hours in advance through Navigate (directions below). When making an appointment, please provide a current phone number and indicate in the comment section which mode of communication is preferred (phone or Zoom). If no preference is selected, a phone appointment will result. If a Zoom appointment is requested, students will receive directions about Zoom after they schedule an appointment through Navigate.
Please note: If a phone appointment is selected, Rachael Mearman or Courtni Guidry will call you at the time of your scheduled appointment (the incoming call may appear as either as “No Caller ID” or “No Name, No Number”). Appointments are scheduled according to Central Standard Time (CST).

Graduating Next Semester?
Check out with a counselor this semester. All Manship School students must meet with a counselor in the semester prior to their graduation semester. During this meeting, you will complete your application for your degree, ensure that you are on track to meet all graduation requirements and get information about participating in the graduation ceremony. This is a required meeting. Schedule your meeting today using Navigate.
Need to Talk to Someone?
A Manship School counselor will be glad to help. Undergraduate students can see either counselor. Rachael Mearman specializes in working with graduate students. The counselors are a great resource for solving issues in classes and around the school. If they can’t solve it, they are great resources to get you connected and on the right path.
