Parking

Visit the LSU Visitor Parking Site.

There are two available options for visitor parking on campus: 

  1. At the Union Square Parking Garage OR Metered Parking: $1.5 per hour on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  2. Requesting a Visitor Daily Parking Permit: $10 per day in any commuter parking zone and zone “X” overflow lots.

How to search for us using the mapping tool:

  1. In the map, click on the three horizontal lines on the top left side.
  2. Go to the Locations tab.
  3. Search for Parking & Transportation.
  4. Check the All Zone (X) Parking OR the Visitor Parking (Building Specific) OR the Visitor Parking (Meter Locations) to see where to park.
  5. Note that the Shirley C. Tucker Herbarium is found in the Life Sciences Building Annex.

If you have arranged with us to hand-deliver a specimen,  package, or letter, please park at either the front of Life Sciences Annex (semi circular spot on S Campus Dr) or at the Loading Dock of the Life Sciences Building (entrance off S Stadium Dr).

Shuttle System
