Accountability Groups

CAS Accountability Groups are 60 minute sessions held every week throughout the semester to help college students stay on track and enhance their study habits for specific courses. Groups are led by our college learning experts, CAS academic coaches.

What to expect from Accountability Groups:

  • Weekly Meetings: Attend a 60-minute session every week throughout the semester.
  • Expert Facilitation: Benefit from guidance provided by CAS academic coaches.
  • Success-oriented: Stay on track and enhance your study habits tailored for your course.
  • Peer Connection: Engage with classmates in your accountability group.
  • Goal Setting: Dedicate time to work on individual goals and progress in the class.

Please note that this is not a tutoring service. However, you can expect to gain more knowledge by surrounding yourself with others who are working toward success. For tutoring assistance, please visit the Shell Tutorial Center or the Math Department’s Math Lab located in the LSU Library.

Groups will begin the week of February 19th.  Sign up today to secure your spot as groups are expected to fill up quickly.
