Well Log Library

The LGS has a well log storage facility which contains approximately 50,000 well logs, most of them from Louisiana. These logs are available for use by academia, industry, government agencies and the general public. Please email lgs@lsu.edu or call 225-578-5320 for specific information about the well logs.

Note: Well logs are currently not available for the following parishes: Evangeline, Lasalle, Lincoln, Livingston, Red River, St. Landry, Webster, and West Carroll.
