The Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Program at LSU Vet Med prepares students to meet the demands of the veterinary profession through an interactive curriculm focusing on the development of the student's scientific knowledge, clinical reasoning skills, professional development, and clinical skills.

DVM Curriculum
The four-year program is divided into Phase I didactic training for 5-semesters followed by 16 months of clinical training.
