Smart Polymer Composite Materials and Structures is a Research Experience for Undergraduates (Smart REU) project. Faculty from the departments of chemistry, mechanical engineering and civil engineering will mentor students.
Notice: Implementation of the 2020 REU Program is pending NSF award determination; however, applications are still being accepted.

|Enrolled in an undergraduate program at a two- or four-year institution||On-campus housing, if needed|
|Cumulative GPA of at least 3.00||Up to $600 travel reimbursement|
|Desire to pursue a career in research and/or graduate school in your major||Dining card provided|
