Note: This tool assumes a standard routing requirement of seven (7) business days for single institution projects and ten (10) business days for multi-projects or large scale. The routing deadline applies to all required information in the following sections (tabs): Setup Questions, LSU Questionnaire, Budget (including the budget justification), Personnel, and Internal Uploads and Routing. For proposals requiring electronic System-to-System (S2S) submissions (i.e. Grants.gov), the complete proposal must be in final form in GeauxGrants at least 24 hours before the electronic submission deadline. It accounts for weekends and a configurable list of LSU holidays. Additional time should be given for large, complex proposals involving multiple budgets, collaborators, other institutions, cost sharing, etc.
