What is Leadership & Human Resource Development?

Leadership and Human Resource Development (HRD) is a field of study that focuses on developing the skills and knowledge necessary to become an effective leader in an organization or community. It is a multidisciplinary field that draws on principles from psychology, sociology, management, and education.

Human Resource Development is concerned with the development and training of individuals within an organization. This includes activities such as employee training and development, performance management, and career planning. HRD aims to help individuals reach their full potential and contribute to the success of the organization.
