Can Physical Activity Programs Improve Older Adults' Health?
The REALPA Research Study will evaluate if three different physical activity programs, tailored to older adults, can help improve muscle strength and lower the risk of developing heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and other chronic health conditions.
To qualify for this research study, participants should:
- Be 65 to 80 years of age
- Have a BMI of 18.5 - 34.9
- Not be physically active
- Not have any changes in medication in the past 30 days
Compensation of up to $500 is offered for the completion of this study. To participate:
