CCT Help Desk
The CCT IT support team is here to help with computer issues for any of CCT's faculty, staff, or students. We can be reached in any of the following ways:

- In Person: Our help desks are located in the lobbies of the first and second floors. Help Desk work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Ticket submission
RT is the CCT IT Support ticket system. Use your LDAP credentials to access RT, or
send an email to ticket@cct.lsu.edu
ITS Help Desk (Help for All Other Departments)
If you are not a CCT employee, you are probably looking for the LSU ITS service desk.
They can be reached in by any of the following ways:

LSU guest network accounts can be requested from CCT IT.
