Updated Courier and Shipping Fees

Starting October 1, 2025, we will be implementing the following changes:

The Courier Service Transportation Fee is $19.95 per pick-up per clinic for Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and New Orleans areas. Charges will appear on the next month’s billing statement.

The FedEx In-State Standard Overnight Fee is $10.00 per shipment up to five pounds (5 lbs.) and applies to all of Louisiana. Charges will appear on the next month’s billing statement.
