I do this work because I love the people that surround me and the campus I do it for.
I did not grow up with Saturday nights in Death Valley or Mike visits on Sunday, but my time at LSU has shown me there was no choice but for me to be a Tiger.
I love the ability I have had to work for those around me and impact the student experience at LSU, and I am forever grateful for the chance to serve as Student Body President. My hope is that at the end of my term I will be able to say I have helped those find their home at LSU, just as I was able to do.

In the baking business
A huge part of my growing up was cooking and baking with my family. I love the challenge of a new recipe, and I enjoyed it so much I opened my own baking business in high school.
