Biography

John Friscia has been the chief broadcast engineer and technician at the Manship School for 18 years. His primary duties include overseeing the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all the school’s video cameras, editing equipment, A/V equipment and computer lab equipment. Friscia also works for Student Media and is the chief broadcast engineer for the University’s television and radio stations. Prior to working here, Friscia worked at the United Nations headquarters for eight years as a broadcast and sound engineer. Before that, he worked for Battery Studios, a division of Jive Records, as a maintenance engineer.
