Reserve the LSU Clarence L. Barney Jr. African American Cultural Center for your next event!
All forms must be submitted at least 7 business days before the event, excluding weekend events, which must be submitted at least 14 business days before the event.
Payments for weekend events must be received 7 days before the event.
- All requests are handled on a first come, first served basis.
- Reservation cancellation must be made at least (3) three days before the requested date
- Receipt of reservation request, along with approval or denial of event, will be sent within 72 hours

Faculty, staff and students may borrow library materials from the Clarence L. Barney Jr. African American Cultural Center upon presentation of a valid university identification card. Please visit the center during business hours.
- Reference books are not allowed to be checked out
- Borrowed materials must be brought back to the Cultural Center
