Dr. Mooney joined the LSU faculty in 2003. His teaching responsibilities include both undergraduate and graduate courses in Special Education. His present research involves application of general outcome measurement principles to content courses such as social studies and science. His recent service activities have included leadership in the Louisiana Council for Exceptional Children. In additional to his teaching, research, and service responsibilities, Dr. Mooney is also the coordinator of the School of Education’s Special Education programs.
