Rooms available at conference rates at the Hilton are SOLD OUT.

The Sheraton of Baton Rouge will be honoring the conference rates until March 9 or until blocked rooms are booked. Please reserve your room by calling 1.888.627.8567. Make sure to tell them you are with the Summit.

The Sheraton is across from the Baton Rouge River Center and is approximately two blocks away from the Hilton. Complimentary airport shuttle services are available.

The Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center will offer these special rates for the Gulf-South Summit, from March 24-27, 2009:

The above rates are subject to applicable taxes. There will be a charge of $10 per additional person for each guestroom.

If requested, rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days following the conference, based on availability.

Be sure to include a reservation for Friday night if you plan to participate in the Summit's Saturday Service Project.

Free shuttle from Baton Rouge Metro Airport to the Hilton:
Arrival: A Hilton Courtesy Phone is located in the baggage claim area of the BR Metro Airport. Once a call is placed to the Hilton, a shuttle should arrive at the airport in 15-20 minutes.
Departure: A shuttle leaves the Hilton for the airport every half hour. Make reservations with the courtesy desk prior to desired departure time.
