Jayson is a dedicated professional hailing from the city of Houston, Texas. With a strong educational foundation, Jayson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Jayson then attended Texas Southern University, where he earned a law degree.

Jayson has devoted over 15 years to the field of Athletic Compliance, showcasing his expertise and unwavering commitment to ensuring that sports programs adhere to rules and regulations, fostering fair competition.

In the past two years, Jayson has transitioned into the vital role of a Title IX Investigator, actively working to promote and enforce policies that create safe and equitable environments, particularly within educational institutions.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Jayson enjoys a fulfilling personal life. He is happily married to Lindsey Santos and are the proud parents of two boys, JJ and Jaxson.
