Biography

Monica N. Guient works across the LSU enterprise to develop lasting
and meaningful impact in all aspects of the Division of Engagement, Civil
Rights, and Title IX’s work. She has been at Louisiana State
University since 2021. She is responsible for building strategic
partnerships, promoting a culture of inclusion, and managing the
performance of Division programs. Her work has involved workforce
development within agriculture and engineering, building
educational pipelines, cultivating existing relationships with the
HBCUs, forging new community partnerships, and supporting
developmental and grant making efforts.
