Biography

Kelly is a hardworking and versatile assistant with excellent communication and people skills with extensive strategic planning capabilities. She has a Bachelors' degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a Master's degree in Public Administration both from Southern University and A&M College. She is currently a Doctor of Public Health candidate at Tulane University.
