LSU School of Education Increase in New U.S. News & World Report Rankings

The LSU School of Education graduate program was recognized in U.S. News & World Report’s 2022 Best Graduate Schools rankings that were released today. LSU offers a range of professional and academic degree programs that focus on preparing students for careers in education, research, policy formation and implementation, as well as program oversight. The overall ranking for LSU's education graduate program increased to 85 from 93. Of the more than 1,200 colleges and universities nationwide who offer education graduate programs, the LSU School of Education has consistently remained in or near the top 100 of these rankings for the past ten years.
"We're excited to learn of our 2022 U.S. News & World Report ranking, as it illustrates we are in great company with outstanding education graduate programs across the country," said LSU School of Education Director Neil Mathews. and Instruction, Educational Leadership and Research, and Counseling, including two
completely online master’s programs. SOE offers a range of professional and academic
degree programs that focus on preparing students for careers in education, research,
policy formation and implementation, as well as program oversight. The School’s mission
is to prepare P-12 educational professionals to be leaders, practitioners, and scholars
