Summer Leadership Institute
Each year, the LSU Office of Academic Affairs hosts its annual Summer Leadership Institute (SLI). Faculty members that hold administrative positions (e.g. Associate Dean, Department Chair/Director) are invited to attend. The goal of the institute is to provide useful information, such as policy or procedural updates, in preparation for the upcoming academic year. In addition, the Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs & Provost provides an update on current university initiatives and priorities.
