Hotel Accommodations:

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Radisson Hotel Research Triangle Park (formerly the Governor's Inn) located at 150 Park Dr, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 (http://www.radisson.com/researchtrianglenc).  This hotel is very nice (with large rooms and sleep number beds) and is the most convenient to the EPA campus (approximately 1 mile away).  Prevailing Government rates will be honored (currently $95.00/night, excl. taxes).  Reservations (for the reduced rate) must be made by April 29, 2009 by contacting the hotel directly (Tel: 919-549-8631, Fax: 919-547-3510).  Please mention the 11th Congress.

Social Events:

The 11th Congress will open Sunday evening with a welcome reception at the Radisson Hotel Research Triangle Park.  Monday’s Poster Session & Reception will be held on the EPA Campus.  The Tuesday Picnic and Durham Bulls Ballgame (vs. Toledo Mud Hens) will be held at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park (http://www.dbulls.com/stadium/athletic_park.html).  Busses will be provided.  The conference registration fees include both Sunday and Monday receptions, as well as coffee breaks and buffet lunches at EPA on Monday and Tuesday.  Tickets for Tuesday’s picnic and ballgame can be purchased for $25.00.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Registration fees:  Cancellations received before May 1, 2009 will be refunded in full less $50.00.  After that date no refund will be possible.

Hotel accommodations:  Guaranteed reservations not cancelled prior to 6:00 pm EST three days prior to arrival will be charged for one night plus applicable taxes.
