Kappa Kappa Gamma is an organization of women which seeks for every member-- throughout her life--bonds of friendship, mutual support, opportunities for self-growth, respect for intellectual development, and an understanding of and allegiance to positive ethical principles. The Delta Iota chapter strives to demonstrate these characteristics through sisterhood, scholarship, and service. LSU Kappa members are involved in LSU sports, clubs, Ambassadors, Student Government, and the PHC and Greek community, along with many other organizations across campus. Last year, LSU Kappas raised over $50,000 for their local philanthropy, St. Jude’s Dream Day Foundation, by hosting their annual Kappa Klassic golf tournament. The foundation provides a day of food and fun for patients and families of St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. The Delta Iota chapter is consistently the top fundraiser out of all Kappa chapters in the nation. After 53 years in their original house, KKG is proud to call their new house at 4050 West Lakeshore Drive home!
