Two Engineering Faculty Members named Summer 2026 C-I Teaching Fellows

In support of the Geaux Communicate initiative, LSU’s Communication-Intensive (C-I) Teaching Fellows program is pleased to announce the Summer 2026 C-I Teaching Fellows in the College of Engineering, Sumit Libi and Dr. Andrew Becnel. These instructors have demonstrated a significant commitment to advancing C-I teaching and learning within their own teaching and throughout their departments and colleges. They will be working in close collaboration with Communication across the Curriculum (CxC)’s Dr. Andy Larson, C-I Faculty Development Manager for the Colleges of Engineering, Business, Human Sciences & Education, and Music & Dramatic Arts, and Dr. Jennifer Baumgartner, faculty chair.
