Registration Terms and Conditions
Upon completion of your online registration, you will be sent a confirmation and receipt by e-mail. For additional information regarding your registration, please contact us at email@example.com.
All costs are given in USD ($). The online registration platform is a secured site. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and MasterCard are accepted. However, online payment will be only available for MasterCard and VISA cards. Payment must be received prior to the congress. Delegates with pending payments will be asked for payment onsite.
In the event of cancellation or room night reductions, written notification must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Full refunds, minus 50 $ administrative charge, will be granted to requests received by email until April 30th, 2015. A 50% refund will be granted to requests received before May 31st, 2015. No refunds will be granted for requests received after this date. All refunds will be processed and issued no later than 30 days after the Symposium.
