Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Registration Fees:  Cancellation/refund requests must be received by April 15th and will be processed less a $50 fee.  Requests received after April 15th will not be processed.

Hotel Accommodations:  Reservations not cancelled prior to 5:00 pm CST three days prior to arrival will be charged for one night plus applicable taxes.
