Debbie Hollier earned her MSW from the LSU School of Social Work and her B. A. in Social Welfare from Mississippi State University. Prior to earning her MSW, she worked in the LSU Union and the LSU College of Engineering.  After earning her MSW, she worked with local psychiatrists providing mental health counseling for teens and adults.  She earned her LCSW in June 1991 and started her career at LSU SSS in November 1991.  Originally employed in the SSS program as a Counselor, she took over the role of Director in 2000.  Debbie is married to Dr. Clayton A Hollier, a professor in the LSU Plant Pathology Department.  She has four children and one granddaughter.  Debbie’s hobbies include reading, spending time at the beach and working on genealogy projects for her family and friends.
Taylor Breshears

Taylor Breshears graduated from Missouri State University in 2014 with her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and in 2017 with her Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education. Taylor has experience with academic advising, student engagement, and TRIO Upward Bound programs. She worked with TRIO Upward Bound Math Science in Missouri before moving to Louisiana to join the Student Support Services (SSS) team. Taylor serves as the SSS Coordinator and oversees the student workers, tutoring program, and general programming for the office.

Nathan Maranto, MSW, LMSW, earned his Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies at Louisiana State University and his Master of Social Work at Louisiana State University. He completed his internship experience at LSU Mental Health Center and is currently working toward LCSW licensure. He provides advising, personal assistance and support to all SSS members, and assists with the SSS 1001 course.

Rachael Robideaux Counselor, M.Ed., NCC, PLPC

Rachael Robideaux M.Ed., NCC, PLPC, earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Georgia Institute of Technology and her Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Auburn University. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), and the Louisiana Counseling Association (LCA), and is currently working toward LPC licensure. She provides advising and counseling services to SSS members and is the SSS 1001 instructor.
RiKeisha Spikes

RiKeisha Spikes, MSW

RiKeisha Spikes, MSW, is a 2016 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She earned her Master of Social Work at Louisiana State University after completing internships at S.T.A.R. and the Governor’s Office Children’s Cabinet, both located in Baton Rouge. RiKeisha is currently studying for her LMSW exam, after which she will begin working towards her LCSW licensure. She provides advising, personal assistance and support to all SSS members, and assists with the SSS 1001 course.
