Spring 2013

• Our annual Mardi Gras Charity Bash on February 6th helped us celebrate those who donated money to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

• HCSC hosted an in-house Trivia Night on April 9th. Participants helped support our Relay for Life team!

Fall 2012

• We trick-or-treated for canned goods during Halloween for the Greater Baton Rouge food bank.

• The Honors College went to Mellow Mushroom for Trivia Night out on October 17th. Participants gained an extra entry into the Honors College iPad giveaway, after liking the LSU Honors Facebook page.

• Keep an eye on "This Week in Honors" for more opportunities.

Spring 2012

• The Honors College in house Trivia Night on March 22nd was a blast. Team No Name won 1st place overall by scoring the most in our categories of LSU trivia, sports, and TV and movies.

• The St. Jude's fundraiser and our Mardi Gras Charity Bash on February 16th went smoothly - thanks to all who participated!

Fall 2011

• Our Holiday Party on November 28th was a good relief from our studies! We decorated the French House for the holidays, had fun playing a white elephant game, and ate good food. We also discussed goals for Spring 2012.

• Thanks to all who helped the Council trick-or-treat for canned goods from Woodstone neighborhood on October 31. The residents were very generous and HCSC members enjoyed getting out into the community.

The HCSC is always seeking new active members, so send us an email, stop by the next general meeting, or talk to us at one of our events.
