BATON ROUGE – LSU Auxiliary Services and LSU Dining are excited to announce two new additions to dining operations across campus.

A second City Pork location, operating as Three Little Pigs Café & Eaterie, opened in the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine building on Skip Bertman Drive last month. The location is open 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

Continuing a commitment to supporting to local businesses, LSU Dining are welcoming Zippy’s Burritos, Tacos, and More to the Tiger Lair of the LSU Student Union. Zippy’s Express will offer a variety of burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and more beginning Feb. 22.

“We are excited to be offering these new menus and concepts at the Vet School and in the LSU Student Union. We are especially pleased about being able to partner with local businesses for both of these additions,” said Margot Carroll, Assistant Vice President of LSU Auxiliary Services. “These changes are the direct result of feedback from our students as we constantly review our many offerings to ensure as much variety and choice as possible.”
