Joint Announcement with LSU Black Student Leadership, Interim President Tom Galligan and Board Chair Mary Werner at 8 p.m. Tonight

BATON ROUGE – Following this evening’s meeting between Black student leaders and LSU administration, the student leaders, along with Interim President Tom Galligan and Chair of the LSU Board of Supervisors Mary Werner, will make an announcement on cooperative agreements that have been developed from their discussions.

The announcement will be made around 8 p.m., which follows the latest in a series of meetings group tonight, at the front steps of the LSU Student Union facing the Parade Ground.
