Get ready to grow your network and polish your professional skillset during 2022 Ag Career Prep Week, held Oct. 31 - Nov. 3, 2022, in person at the LSU main campus in Baton Rouge, LA.

Events for the week include the career closet, resume reviews, event preparation coaching, an etiquette dinner, and the Ag Career Fair and free headshot booth. During the Ag Career Fair, students will meet with more than 30 companies, offering internships and employment opportunities.

First-year students through seniors can benefit from attending this year's Ag Career Prep events by finding potential leads to internship and employment opportunities, growing their network, and brushing up on their professional skills.

"What I love about Career Prep Week is that it is not just a career fair," said Ashley Grant, manager of internships for the LSU College of Agriculture. "The events leading up to the fair are designed to help students feel more confident and prepared when it comes to networking with employers and industry representatives."

Back this year is the Career Closet Pop-up Shop, which allows students to select gently used business casual attire donated to the College of Agriculture.

Students, faculty and alums are encouraged to participate in events throughout the week. Registration is open through Monday, Oct. 24, 2022. Registration is available at https://bit.ly/agcareerprep22.
