Hey, I am looking for someone to share my 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment at Highland Plantation. It's on the second floor, close to pool and laundry facilities. Next to Wal-mart, on bus route and 5 minutes from LSU. It is $750 a month in total (so, 370 for one bedroom). Water, Cable and internet included. I live at Burbank Commons. I have 3 other very nice roommates, all female - so I can only be replaced by another female roommate. Burbank is 10 minutes away from LSU campus and is on the bus route. Walmart, WinDixie, CVS,... a few minutes away by car or bus. Rent is $435 a month, plus the utilities to split between the roommates. We have cable tv and wifi connection. Room is furnished, two bathrooms, one kitchen. Washer, drier, and dishwasher. There is an outdoor pool, fitness center, cardio center, basketball and volley ball courts and computer room with free printing, etc. You also get access to the University Crescent amenities right next door. I am an international grad student from France. I left the United States on the 16th of December. I am looking for a person to take over my current lease that ends on the 31st of July.
