I am a female LSU grad student, looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apt at Embassy Apartments complex near LSU. It is flexible to lease for either the Summer or whole year. The room is available from June 1st. The room is clean with a walk-in closet.  The apt has a nice living room and a big kitchen. Safe and quiet neighborhood. It is 2 min walk to the LSU campus. There are many restaurants and bus station across the street. No pets are allowed. The room is not furnished. If anyone of you or any one of your friends wants temporary accommodation from May 22 (or later) onwards till December 20, 2013, please let me know ASAP. I want to sublease my apt in Tiger Towers, as I will be leaving for India, in that time frame. My only concern is that apartment should be in clean and acceptable condition when I return. I will move all my stuff in one room and make the living room, kitchen and bathroom available for further use.

I was wondering if you could let any interested international students about a sublease apartment for this summer. Its a 4 bed/4bath apartment in northgate apartments. Northgate has its own gym and pool. Its a girls apartment so a female will be more convenient.Move in dates are mid may and move out late July. Rent is about $615 but will negotiate. I am subletting my beautiful and spacious FURNISHED townhouse style apartment this summer. The downstairs of the apartment includes kitchen, living room, pantry, and dining room. The living room has one couch and a futon that can convert to a full size bed. The upstairs includes: the bedroom (2 walk in closets) and large bathroom. The apartment will be available on May 18th - August 19th 2013. This apartment is located at Highland Plantation Complex complex has 3 swimming pools, tennis Court, 3 on-site laundry rooms, resident packages accepted in office, and there are plenty of parking spaces. It is located less than 1 mile south of LSU, the bus line passes outside the complex; one can either walk or drive to LSU. It’s a 5 minute walk to Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, restaurants, etc. The rent is $700 including electricity, water, cable, and internet (negotiable).
