LSU Vet Med Names Senior Director of Outreach and Strategic Initiatives

The LSU School of Veterinary Medicine welcomes Bunnie Cannon as Senior Director of Outreach and Strategic Initiatives. In her new role, she will provide innovative leadership for outreach and economic development enterprises, both internally and externally. Her first day was May 3.
Bunnie is a fundraising and public relations professional with 30+ years of experience working at LSU. She spent 10 years working for the LSU President's office, where she oversaw the president's fundraising priorities through LSU Foundation, the LSU Alumni Association, and Tiger Athletic Foundation. Her recent work included management, major gift fundraising, cultivation, and stewardship for LSU Athletics at Tiger Athletic Foundation.
