  3. Past and current professional accomplishments and experience (30 Points)
  4. Past performance on contracts, factoring any problems with performance inadequacies or benchmarks for performance (15 Points)

We do provide emergency care after hours for our good and loyal clients. Typical work week hours with a three-doctor rotation range from 30 to 46 hours with two of every three weekends off.

Companion animal practice consist of internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery and wellness care.  Large animal practice is mostly haul-in companion horses and livestock of cattle and small ruminants, with ambulatory services available as needed. We have an excellent covered cattle working area and an indoor equine treatment room.

We have a complete Scil in-house laboratory, digital radiography equipment, ultrasound, two isoflurane gas anesthesia machines each equipped with pulse ox and EKG monitoring and are completely computerized.

Our support staff consist of 5-6 full time Veterinary Technicians, one receptionist, one office manager/ receptionist, and three groomers. 

Recreational opportunities in the area include the Cypress Bend golf course, fishing, and boating activities on Toledo Bend Reservoir, several state parks, and Kisatchie national forest for the outdoor enthusiasts.  The historic city of Natchitoches is about 30 minutes away. Shreveport, Alexandria and Lufkin, Tx. are about one hour away.
