Scheduling an Appointment using the Navigate Student App
UCAC students can schedule an advanced virtual appointment through the Navigate Student app. Students with difficulty accessing the app, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
To allow UCAC to provide the best service possible, appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. When scheduling a virtual appointment, select the following options as prompted:
- Type of Appointment: Academic Advising (UCFY & UCAC)
- Service: Select applicable service
- Verify your College: University College – Center for Advising and Counseling (UCAC)
- Comment: Indicate your major and advising needs
If the major is indicated in the comment, additional advising documents will be sent to you via email prior to the scheduled appointment time. If your major is not indicated, important information may not be available at the time of the advising appointment.
