Flagship Integration Committee

The planning process will be led by an integration committee chaired by Interim Provost Matthew Lee with representation from across the LSU community. The integration committee is responsible for guiding the overall vision and strategy of the plan and ensuring the priorities are coordinated, unified, and synchronized. Six working groups—composed of representatives from across campus, including faculty, staff, students, university leadership, and community representatives—will address key areas of interest to LSU and its future. From these working groups, the strategic plan goals and initiatives will emerge.
