The Pentagon Community is a favorite traditional community because of its large gated courtyard and convenient location right next to The 5 dining hall, The Quad, Middleton Library, and athletic venues. The community is made up of an Activity Center and four residence halls each housing 100 students: Beauregard, Jackson, LeJuene, and Taylor Halls.
The Activity Center is where the front desk, TV lounge, computer lab, and laundry facilities are located. The Pentagon is a traditional housing option for first-year and upperclassmen students of all majors.
Instead of traditional hallways, each hall is broken into five vertical stacks. The stacks provide a more private-style living environment with each stack containing 11 two-student rooms, three community-style bathrooms, and a community kitchen.
