LSU Residence Life Coordinators (RLCs) are professional live-in staff members who oversee communities ranging in size from 300-700 students in a mix of traditional housing and residential colleges. Each RLC supervises a Graduate Residence Director (GRD) and a team of Resident Assistants (RAs) in one of our on-campus communities. RLCs are a main part of the Residential Life & Education team within the LSU Department of Residential Life and primarily focus on administrative responsibilities, staff supervision, and community development.

LSU Residential Life offers a variety of graduate assistant experiences to help students living in our residential communities be successful. Graduate students play an integral role in the success of our department, from live-in graduate residence directors to central office graduate assistants.

Residential Life employs more than 350 students each year in a wide variety of jobs, and one may be perfect for you.
