The facility measures nearly 440,000 square feet and is the largest academic building in the state of Louisiana, as well as one of the largest freestanding college of engineering buildings in the United States.

Center for River Studies

LSU Center for River Studies is located on the Baton Rouge Water Campus near the banks of the Mississippi River. It houses one of the world's largest movable bed physical models - the Lower Mississippi River Physical Model.

UREC

LSU University Recreation (UREC) provides a modern and energetic atmosphere conducive to the needs of our students and members. UREC is a 250,000 sq. foot innovative and comprehensive recreational facility featuring cardio equipment, strength equipment, fitness studios, high-level programming, and pools.
