Lauren is an event coordination intern at the Reilly Center. Originally from Oklahoma, she moved to Baton Rouge in 2015 to begin her master’s program at the Manship School. During her graduate experience, Lauren received a Fulbright Scholarship and taught English in Russia for ten months. Following that experience, she returned to LSU and graduated with a master’s in mass communication in 2018. Her thesis traced the origins of U.S. public diplomacy during the First World War. Lauren graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2013, where she double-majored in Russian studies and history.
